• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

Service Level Agreement

• 99.9% uptime guarantee for Pro plans
• 99.99% uptime guarantee for Business plans
• Custom uptime guarantee for Enterprise plans
• Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance
• Service credits available for SLA breaches

Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Users.au and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Users.au be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service.
